Global L&D Operations Manager

What you will do

• Lead a team of learning and development operations professionals.
• Manage LMS operations and the end-to-end learner lifecycle.
• Coordinate resources, capacity planning, workflows, and operational processes across regions.
• Monitor SLA adherence, KPI performance, data accuracy, system integrity, and reporting quality.
• Act as the escalation point for operational and system issues while improving process efficiency.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, faculty, vendors, and cross-functional teams to improve learning delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in L&D operations, systems, program management, or service environments.
• Experience managing operational processes, learner lifecycles, or system-driven workflows.
• Experience leading and developing individuals or small teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, planning, capacity, and workload management skills.
• Experience working with LMS or similar systems and maintaining data accuracy and process compliance.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
