Global L&D Operations Manager

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day execution of learning and development programs across formats, regions, and cohorts.
• Manage team workload, capacity, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Act as the escalation point during live delivery environments and resolve issues in real time.
• Partner with faculty, stakeholders, vendors, and regional delivery teams to provide a seamless learner experience.
• Monitor delivery quality, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Coach team members and implement operational improvements that enhance delivery quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in L&D, program delivery, events, or service environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end learning or event delivery with consistent quality.
• Experience leading and developing individuals or small delivery-focused teams.
• Strong stakeholder and faculty management skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations.
• Experience working in live or time-sensitive environments and handling issues in real time.
• Strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
