Financial Analyst (SaaS)

Location: In Office in Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR

Salary: $78,400 – $107,900

What you will do

• Partner with Global Support, Renewals, and Customer Success leaders to deliver insights that optimize operational efficiency.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting cycles for global customer organizations.
• Build and refine Business Intelligence models to monitor critical metrics, including Cost to Serve and Deflection Rates.
• Evaluate the financial impact of self-service automation and deflection strategies on Customer Lifetime Value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related numerical field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong foundational modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Practical experience leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate data analysis and automate workflows.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a fast-growing SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
• Familiarity with Customer Experience (CX) metrics and advanced BI tools.
