Customer Quality Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Mebane, North Carolina, United States. Candidates must already have work authorization permitting employment in the US.

What you will do

• Define, deploy, and support a quality culture within the local hirify.global organization.
• Support and maintain the local Quality Management System in line with hirify.global Group, Division, and business-unit guidance.
• Represent the voice of the customer and manage customer quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective actions to resolve customer quality problems.
• Use customer feedback to challenge decisions and coach employees on evaluating risks, problems, and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Incoterms, customer experience success, project execution, and supply chain; equivalent pathways include an associate degree plus 4 years or a high school diploma/GED plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with internal teams and customers.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, 8D reports, and PPAP preferred.
• Existing US work authorization is required.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
