Accountant (Financial Reporting)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; onsite five days per week. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $94,728–$151,572 per year

What you will do

• Maintain financial records in compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.
• Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform balance sheet and profit and loss account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial information, identify discrepancies and trends, and support business decisions.
• Support consolidation, analysis, and reporting of financial results.
• Develop automated reporting tools and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis activities.
• Working knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting practices.
• Experience with reconciliations and maintaining financial records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Nashville five days per week; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, or accounting software.
• Experience developing automated reporting or data analysis solutions.
• Exposure to consolidated financial reporting processes.
