ERP Engineer (NetSuite)

What you will do

• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable ERP solutions.
• Build NetSuite solutions using native configuration, workflows, custom records, SuiteScript, and integrations.
• Translate Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Center Operations, and enterprise requirements into end-to-end process solutions.
• Design and support integrations with PLM, procurement, contracts, HR, expense, banking, CRM, data, and warehouse platforms.
• Define solution architecture, data models, controls, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational support requirements.
• Deliver technical work through Scrum, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, demonstrations, testing, and operational handoff.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ERP engineering, business systems, enterprise applications, integrations, or related technical roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience across solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong SuiteScript and JavaScript or TypeScript skills, with experience using SuiteTalk, REST and SOAP APIs, SuiteQL, saved searches, and NetSuite security.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, automation platforms, authentication, error handling, monitoring, and production support.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes, including procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, and inventory management.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile delivery and software engineering practices such as version control, peer review, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, supply-chain, or inventory-intensive environments.
• Experience integrating ERP platforms with PLM, WMS, 3PL, contract manufacturing, procurement, expense, HR, banking, CRM, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with Python, cloud platforms, and event-driven or serverless integration patterns.
• Experience in public-company, IPO-readiness, or SOX-regulated environments.
• NetSuite, integration-platform, Scrum, or related professional certifications.
