Director, Internal & Change Communications (Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead communications for major organizational changes, transformation initiatives, and executive messaging across business functions.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide internal communication plans that strengthen employee engagement.
• Advise People & Culture teams, business leaders, and senior executives on change communications and strategic messaging.
• Coordinate consistent change communication across regions, business units, and communication channels.
• Develop crisis communication plans, including scenarios, messaging, and executive preparation.
• Build content for Ally, Viva Engage, LinkedIn, and employee programs and events in the US.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Affairs and/or Communications leadership roles, ideally in complex international businesses.
• Proven success developing internal communication strategies that support transformation and employee engagement.
• Experience developing strategic narratives and tailored engagement plans for enterprise-wide change programs.
• Strong collaboration, leadership advisory, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X, plus the ability to balance creative thinking with analytical rigor.
