Director, Corporate Communications

Location: Hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence required at the Dallas headquarters, United States. Some travel may be required for business and executive communications needs.

What you will do

• Lead internal communications strategy, company-wide employee communications, All Hands content, change communications, and communications for major initiatives and milestones.
• Advise the CEO and senior leaders while developing executive messaging, speeches, presentations, talking points, leadership content, and visibility plans.
• Own corporate social media strategy, governance, editorial calendars, publishing, community management, and performance reporting across global channels.
• Develop corporate editorial strategy, executive thought leadership, articles, speeches, commentary, corporate stories, and owned-channel content.
• Build scalable communications workflows, intake processes, editorial calendars, governance standards, measurement systems, and manager communication tools.
• Manage and develop the Senior Marketing Coordinator and coordinate with Marketing, External Communications, HR, Legal, Finance, vendors, and business leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, executive communications, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise internal communications programs and supporting C-suite executives.
• Experience managing corporate social media strategy and channels, executive communications, organizational change, and sensitive business matters.
• Exceptional writing, editing, message-development, judgment, discretion, and ability to translate complex business topics into clear communications.
• Experience establishing communications processes, editorial calendars, governance, measurement, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or equivalent industry experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in data centers, energy, infrastructure, technology, or another complex and rapidly growing industry.
• Experience with private-company visibility, governance, transaction, capital-markets, or public-company communications.
• Experience developing executive thought leadership and global or multi-region communications programs.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, social media management platforms, project-management tools, and AI-enabled communications tools.
