Director, Global Communications (iGaming)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; office environment. The role may require weekend and evening hours and travel.

What you will do

• Lead integrated global internal and external corporate communications strategies aligned with business priorities, reputation, culture, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage a distributed communications team across time zones, including coaching, development, capacity planning, and AI capability building.
• Own internal communications architecture, the communications calendar, Global Town Halls, leader enablement, and employee messaging.
• Develop media relations, executive visibility, social media, crisis communications, and stakeholder messaging programs.
• Write, edit, and distribute communications across email, video, media, social, and other formats while coordinating messaging approvals and risk considerations.
• Use AI and emerging tools for content adaptation, media monitoring, sentiment analysis, competitive benchmarking, workflow automation, and company-wide training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, internal communications, media relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience handling high-profile communications issues, advising senior management, and supporting organizational change.
• Exceptional writing, editing, verbal, presentation, and strategic messaging skills across multiple formats.
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating communications professionals and building partnerships across complex organizations.
• Experience with corporate communications strategy, media relations, crisis communications, project management, and stakeholder feedback processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in games, real-money gaming, or free-to-play products.
• Marketing and branding experience, including relationships with domestic and international news organizations.
• Political campaign communications or public information experience.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in communications with measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, or team output.
