Product Manager / Product Owner (AI Agent Security)

What you will do

• Own an assigned MARS for Agents product area from opportunity research and requirements through delivery, support, and adoption.
• Research agentic AI capabilities, attacker techniques, MCP, A2A, OWASP guidance, and agent identity frameworks to shape product direction.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and manage prioritization and backlog refinement across multiple technical surfaces.
• Prototype and validate proposed behavior using AI coding assistants, MCP clients, agent runtimes, and LLM-based tools.
• Partner with engineering, customers, sales, marketing, support, and solutions engineering on delivery, evaluations, enablement, and launches.
• Maintain competitive analysis and use findings to influence roadmap, positioning, and product decisions.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of product management or product owner experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise infrastructure, or security software.
• Experience owning a technically complex product area end to end and producing clear engineering-ready requirements.
• Working knowledge of AI agents, LLMs, autonomous and hybrid agents, tool calling, and the MCP ecosystem, including MCP servers and proxies.
• Cybersecurity experience covering identity and access management, proxy or gateway architectures, secure web gateways, SSE/SASE, and content or traffic inspection.
• Regular hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cowork, or GitHub Copilot, including exposure to MCP or tool-calling integrations.
• Strong written communication and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced agile environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Entra/Azure agent identity plane.
• Experience with identity or registry systems, proxy or gateway products, API platforms, MCP, LLM tool calling, or frontier model integrations.
• Familiarity with OWASP guidance for agentic AI security and technical sales enablement.
• Experience scaling a new product line or category and using AI-assisted research or analysis workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
