Contacts & Proposal Developer (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Review requests for proposals and identify the information required for proposal text and budget development.
• Prepare and finalize proposal text, budgets, rebids, agreements, and related documents.
• Revise preliminary agreements and scopes of work, ensuring budgets accurately reflect the defined scope.
• Support other Proposal Developers in delivering assigned opportunities.
• Participate in strategy calls to clarify customer requirements and identify discrepancies.
• Perform quality control edits, finalize documents for distribution, and maintain corporate databases and tracking reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of direct experience in proposals, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and costing models.
• Fluent English is required, and the résumé/CV must be submitted in English.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers.
