Proposal Specialist (RFP Management): Creating persuasive proposals and presentations for Marsh clients by coordinating RFP responses, researching client needs, and translating them into value propositions with an accent on proposal writing, editing, and communication strategy. Focus on managing end-to-end proposal development, shaping opportunity strategies, and ensuring compliant, deadline-driven deliverables.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do
- Write persuasive proposal and presentation content, including executive summaries tailored to readers' needs.
- Review RFPs and clarify submission requirements.
- Facilitate opportunity strategy with client managers and consulting teams.
- Research clients and prospects using company tools to identify business drivers.
- Manage proposal and presentation development, including formatting, design, deadlines, and brand compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, marketing, English, communication, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience, including proposal writing or bid management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong facilitation, writing, and editing abilities.
- Availability to work from the Mexico City office at least three days per week.
