Senior Manager, Proposals (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop custom capabilities presentations, RFI and RFP responses, new business pitch presentations, case studies, and sales resources.
• Research team capabilities and offerings and translate them into clear value propositions for prospective clients.
• Shape executive summaries, slide titles, narratives, and other content in collaboration with cross-functional teams and executive leaders.
• Review proposal requirements, apply opportunity-specific information, and ensure deliverables follow organizational brand guidelines.
• Create, organize, maintain, and distribute reusable sales resources, slide libraries, and content repositories.
• Identify process improvements, support AI process evolution, and train colleagues on effective storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in proposal writing, copywriting, creative writing, content marketing, business development, presentations, or client services.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and communicating with executive leaders while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint design and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Healthcare marketing or agency experience.
• Microsoft SharePoint experience.
• Experience with AI content generation.
• Demonstrated management skills and interest in growth opportunities.
