What you will do

• Design, implement, and evaluate clinical and non-clinical orientation programs and continuous learning activities.
• Assess education needs, analyze performance gaps, and define learning objectives and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with content experts, unit leadership, preceptors, and managers to support staff orientation and development.
• Deliver interactive, evidence-based education and evaluate its effect on clinical practice and patient care.
• Oversee orientation, annual, and advanced competency assessments and maintain related learning-management documentation.
• Develop specialty certification programs and support regulatory readiness, research, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a clinical specialty.
• BSN degree required.
• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Nursing or Education, with completion possible within three years of hire.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois required.
• Ability to work a full-time daytime schedule.
