What you will do

• Assess current and future capability needs, analyze skill gaps and data, and translate business priorities into learning and organizational development solutions.
• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate compliance training, onboarding, upskilling, leadership development, career pathing, performance management, and culture initiatives.
• Manage curriculum governance and ensure learning content remains current, relevant, compliant, and high quality.
• Select or create curricula and delivery methods across e-learning, virtual, and in-person formats, including AI-enabled tools.
• Build leadership and functional development solutions supporting succession, talent mobility, engagement, retention, and employee effectiveness.
• Facilitate learning sessions, coach and certify facilitators, and improve programs using KPIs, outcomes, and return-on-investment analysis.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, training assessment, and program evaluation.
• Experience with talent management and organizational development, including leadership development, career development, and succession planning.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder influence, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled research and facilitation tools, Workday Learning or a comparable LMS, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with 360-degree feedback, DISC behavioral assessments, the Korn Ferry competency model, and coaching methodology.
