Senior Director, Supervision Talent & Development

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid. Travel may be required based on business and leadership needs.

Salary: $144,000–$216,000 annually. Geographic-specific pay structures may apply, including ranges of $158,400–$237,600 and $165,600–$248,400.

What you will do

• Develop and execute an integrated strategy for supervision onboarding, training, development, and quality across Home Office and Field populations.
• Design learning journeys that build business knowledge, judgment, service orientation, leadership capability, confidence, and career growth.
• Lead onboarding, training, development, and quality review programs with clear priorities, success measures, and feedback loops.
• Improve licensing completion, employee proficiency, and readiness to perform quality work independently.
• Build alignment between Home Office and Field programs while addressing their distinct needs and responsibilities.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while using data, technology, and artificial intelligence to improve learning, feedback, capacity, and quality insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Significant leadership experience in financial services, supervision, compliance, risk management, field leadership, advisor support, talent development, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading teams and building, scaling, or materially improving organizational capabilities.
• Experience shaping training systems, onboarding programs, talent development strategies, learning journeys, or professional development programs.
• Strong understanding of financial services, including financial planning concepts, products, advisor practices, and supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, judgment, communication, relationship-building, coaching, and execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in supervision, supervisory leadership, compliance, risk, or a related financial services capacity.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed populations and leading learning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, quality, onboarding, or coaching programs.
• Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, or comparable industry designation.
• Current or prior FINRA Series 7, Series 24, and Series 9/10 registrations, comparable supervisory registrations, or willingness and ability to obtain applicable registrations.
