Patient Liaison/Drug Navigator Oncology Infusion Full-time

Salary: USD 20.91–28.23 per hour

What you will do

• Identify, secure, and coordinate prescription financial assistance for oncology infusion patients.
• Manage active assistance cases and new inquiries across five West Region locations.
• Coordinate with patients, clinical teams, payers, manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, and local pharmacies.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, maintain clinic templates, and coordinate care alternatives.
• Support prior certifications, referrals, billing issue resolution, and prevention of claim denials.
• Provide patient education, conduct treatment-plan follow-up, and advocate for patients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of previous healthcare experience.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Strong organization, case-management, documentation, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of prescription assistance programs, insurance benefits, prior authorizations, Medicare and Medicaid requirements, and specialty pharmacy workflows.
• Commitment to patient advocacy, confidentiality, and collaborative service.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with an electronic medical record system.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
