Patient Access Liaison (Biotech)

Location: Field-based in Charlotte, NC or Roanoke, VA, United States; candidates must reside within 25 miles of the assigned territory borders and travel 50% or more by air and car.

Base salary: $180,000–$200,000 USD per annum, plus discretionary bonus and equity.

hirify.global is a biotechnology company developing COMP360 psilocybin, an investigational treatment being evaluated for treatment-resistant depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.

What you will do

• Support healthcare sites with REMS certification and patient enrollment processes.
• Improve site access readiness and coordinate treatment logistics across REMS requirements, HUBs, specialty pharmacies, distribution partners, and external support networks.
• Educate site personnel on coverage, coding, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, affordability programs, and reimbursement processes.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers through approved buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, HUB, and support pathways.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation, share field insights, and execute account-level business plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Site of Care Account Leads, and matrix partners while maintaining non-promotional role boundaries.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare environments.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy programs, patient support services, coverage, benefit verification, prior authorization, appeals, affordability programs, and compliant access resources.
• Experience supporting patient progression from referral through treatment initiation and partnering with treatment sites on workflows and readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have employment rights in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
