Manager Sales - Field (Logistics)

Location: Greater Chicago, Illinois, United States; the candidate must be domiciled within 50 miles of the listed sales territory. Remote work is not available.

Salary: $7,890.00–$20,240.00 monthly

What you will do

• Manage a sales team and achieve assigned district goals.
• Plan, execute, and oversee sales activities.
• Provide daily leadership, training, coaching, and professional development.
• Visit selected customer accounts together with sales representatives.
• Apply strong management, communication, and human relations skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Five years of commercial or industrial sales experience, or two years of sales management experience.
• Strong basic management, communication, and human relations skills.
• Must be domiciled within 50 miles of the listed sales territory in the Greater Chicago area.

Nice to have

• Experience managing and coaching sales professionals.
• International logistics sales experience.
