Sales Manager

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The schedule includes office work on Mondays and Fridays, field visits from Tuesday through Thursday, and frequent travel within the assigned territory, including up to 50% travel outside Arizona.

What you will do

• Recruit, develop, and manage a sales team of 8–10 field representatives.
• Conduct joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers.
• Build relationships with and support strategic accounts.
• Partner with national sales and training managers to implement sales strategies and training procedures.
• Monitor sales goals and analyze performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of sales or sales management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Phoenix sales office and conduct field visits.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and outside Arizona up to 50% of the time.
