Software Engineer II (Salesforce)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Full-time work authorization in the United States is required. Visa sponsorship is not available. Travel required: 0–25%.

Salary: $152,000–$178,300 annual base pay, plus a 15% annual incentive reference value.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and support scalable applications for sales execution and customer-facing capabilities.
• Build modern web experiences with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop Salesforce experiences with Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Design backend services and REST APIs connecting Salesforce with custom applications and enterprise systems.
• Build integrations among Salesforce, CRM platforms, mobile applications, web applications, APIs, databases, and backend systems.
• Own solutions from design through development, deployment, monitoring, production support, modernization, and technical-debt reduction.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong full-stack experience across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and distributed enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, data models, security concepts, and platform practices.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills with experience using a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
• Backend experience with Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or an equivalent server-side technology, plus relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, Git, automated testing, CI/CD, debugging, and cross-functional technical ownership.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification or equivalent experience.
• Sales Cloud and sales execution workflow experience involving sales, promotions, deals, pricing, customers, or field execution.
• Experience with mobile and external web integrations, event-driven architectures, Azure or AWS, observability, and production monitoring.
• Experience modernizing legacy integrations or decomposing tightly coupled applications into APIs and reusable services.
