What you will do

• Design, document, build, test, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions for enterprise CRM capabilities.
• Develop Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow, configuration, customization, and integration patterns.
• Integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with connected enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events, and messaging technologies.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing while supporting production incidents, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Improve CI/CD, DevOps, automation, observability, engineering standards, and reusable technical patterns.
• Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate with product owners, architects, business partners, and technology teams.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience working in a Salesforce engineering environment.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, including classes, triggers, and Batch Apex, plus JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, and Platform Events.
• At least 3 years of recent experience with enterprise integration or platform technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, OpenShift, Docker, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools and practices, including Salesforce CLI, Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, and development environments such as Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ.
