Senior Director, MT CPA Strategy & Operations

Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States; consideration may be given to other MedTech office locations in Cincinnati, Irvine, Jacksonville, and Santa Clara. Remote work options may be considered case by case if approved.

Salary: $178,000–$307,050 base pay; Bay Area range: $205,000–$353,050.

What you will do

• Define and operationalize MedTech Communications & Public Affairs strategy, transformation roadmaps, and annual planning.
• Lead operating mechanisms, business reviews, budget governance, vendor management, resource planning, and priority projects.
• Build insights, analytics, measurement frameworks, dashboards, stakeholder research, and executive recommendations.
• Set the vision and governance for communications technology, workflow, collaboration, content, reporting, and knowledge-management tools.
• Advance AI, automation, digital platforms, scalable playbooks, and new operating models across communications activities.
• Lead change management, capability building, culture programs, and enterprise partnerships across Global Corporate Affairs and MedTech.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 12 years of experience in communications, public affairs, marketing, business operations, strategy, consulting, digital transformation, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience, including people leadership or complex cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience leading strategy, operations, transformation, process improvement, capability building, or organizational effectiveness in a complex global environment.
• Strong experience with budgets, vendors, governance, enterprise projects, data, analytics, measurement, digital tools, AI-enabled capabilities, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional executive communication, critical thinking, influence, project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another highly regulated industry.
• Consulting, strategy, business operations, or chief-of-staff-style experience.
• Experience building executive dashboards, insights reports, operating rhythms, process assessments, playbooks, and scalable functional tools.
• Experience representing a function or business in enterprise forums, councils, or working groups.
