Program Management Leader (Service Readiness)

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, USA; ability to travel approximately 5–10% as needed.

Salary: $73,000–$96,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional groups for vehicle programs of varying size and scope.
• Lead Service readiness meetings and establish strategies, goals, ownership, and alignment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules that reflect production plans, program changes, and Service deliverable dates.
• Create Service readiness roadmaps, standards, schedules, and RASCI responsibility frameworks.
• Identify schedule risks, coordinate mitigation plans, and manage content reviews across functions.
• Coordinate part numbers for owner’s manuals, parts books, and service manuals while applying LEAN principles to improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Service, SIOP, Engineering, or a combination of these areas.
• Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
• Strong project administration, schedule coordination, influencing, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, AS400, hirify.global Release System, or PTC Windchill-based data management systems.
