Base pay: $102,600–$193,425 per year, depending on position, location, education, training, and experience.

What you will do
- Lead large or platform programs independently and coordinate globally distributed teams.
- Build cross-functional program teams, establish deliverables and accountability, run stakeholder meetings, and communicate progress.
- Manage programs from product design through commercialization, ensuring objectives and critical milestones remain on target.
- Assess impact, remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and make scope-change decisions.
- Prepare executive-level product, new product development, and program performance presentations, including communications to the CEO.
- Lead process improvement, new product development training, and compliance initiatives across global teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied science, finance, business, management, or economics.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, presentation, time-management, and listening skills.
- Experience leading stakeholder meetings and engineering teams in a matrix environment.
- Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and scheduling techniques; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Agile tools such as Jira.
- Ability to analyze team progress, communicate business impacts, develop mitigation plans, and make decisions rapidly.
