Production Supervisor (3rd Shift) (Manufacturing)

Location: Alburtis, Pennsylvania, United States — on-site, 3rd shift. Must be currently authorized to work in the applicable country without employer-sponsored immigration support.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day performance of multiple production lines and supervise 15–30 hourly associates on the 3rd shift.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, clean, and compliant working conditions, including OSHA training, safety meetings, accident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, overtime distribution, shift continuity, and workforce training.
• Monitor equipment, production flow, process control, quality, downtime, and area performance.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, engineering, and service departments to resolve issues and keep operations running.
• Facilitate improvement projects and participate in the Quality Improvement Process and hirify.global Product Delivery System.

Requirements

• High school diploma; college education is preferred.
• Five years of experience in foundry or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts when required.
• Ability to handle physically and mentally demanding or stressful situations and participate in meetings.
• Strong performance and attendance record with a professional appearance.
• Current full-time work authorization is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
• Prior supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing, such as metal fabrication, machining, heavy equipment, or component assembly.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, or Lean certification.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
