Value Stream Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in New Brighton, Minnesota, United States; 3rd shift.

Annual salary: $90,000–$110,000, plus potential bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead value streams in the Thick Film Department and support safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity targets.
• Execute daily management routines and KPI action plans.
• Apply the hirify.global Problem Solving Process to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop direct reports while planning staffing for current and future capacity needs.
• Manage associate performance, timecard approvals, overtime reduction, employee engagement, cross-training, and annual reviews.
• Use hirify.global Business System tools and lean concepts to improve manufacturability, productivity, yield, cost, process variation, and customer quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or several years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Competence with relevant computer systems, including Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to work on-site on the 3rd shift in New Brighton, Minnesota.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, or hirify.global Business System tools.
