What you will do
- Coordinate material procurement, delivery, and subcontractor activities.
- Produce project schedules and support field supervision.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for suitability.
- Prepare, qualify, and track subcontractor change orders.
- Track Requests for Information and maintain project correspondence.
- Collect, verify, and distribute as-builts and close-out documents.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction, or Business.
- Experience with construction technology such as Bluebeam, Revit, and Procore.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Blueprint reading and quantity takeoff capabilities.
- 1–2 years of on-the-job experience preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Detroit, Michigan, United States.
