PP/SCM Associate (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and inventory requirements.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with Procurement to prevent shortages.
• Analyze inventory levels and recommend actions to reduce excess stock and improve turnover.
• Support monthly, weekly, and daily production planning, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound materials with Logistics and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain ERP planning data, track supply chain KPIs, and prepare reports and presentations for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work with production schedules, inventory data, material availability, and supply chain performance metrics.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
