SVP, Global Head of Brand and Communications (Fintech)

Location: Remote across all of Canada and the United States

What you will do

• Define and refine hirify.global’s corporate narrative and integrated global communications strategy.
• Lead storytelling and messaging for corporate milestones, including acquisitions, product launches, client successes, leadership appointments, and ESG initiatives.
• Build relationships with business and financial media, analysts, journalists, and industry influencers to increase company and executive visibility.
• Develop crisis communications plans, rapid-response strategies, reputation management protocols, and executive media training.
• Oversee social media, employer brand, internal communications, and external communications alignment.
• Lead and develop the communications team while establishing KPIs and optimizing communication performance.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Proven success developing corporate narratives, brand positioning, and high-impact communication strategies.
• Deep understanding of B2B communications in fintech, technology, e-commerce, or payments.
• Established relationships with top-tier business, financial, and trade media outlets.
• Experience managing, coaching, and motivating senior communications and content professionals.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and platforms.
