Manager, Pro Trading & Derivatives Communications (Crypto)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $96,000–$192,000 per year, excluding bonuses, equity, wellness allowance, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Lead communications programs supporting Payward’s product strategy and hirify.global’s professional trading, derivatives, and institutional products.
• Develop and execute integrated external communications strategies aligned with business goals.
• Expand thought leadership and storytelling around trading products, risk management, and market infrastructure.
• Develop strategic messaging and a network of spokespeople for executives, products, and market segments.
• Prepare announcements, talking points, media statements, speaker submissions, pitches, and briefing materials.
• Build relationships with institutional partners, trading desks, market data providers, internal communications teams, and external agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience leading and executing communications programs.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and communications strategy skills, with the ability to translate complex topics.
• Experience working with executives on messaging, presentation skills, interview preparation, and executive presence.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and managing complex communications challenges.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling communications teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of and passion for the crypto industry.
