TL;DR
Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, UAE (Fintech): Leading Visa’s UAE corporate communications strategy and supporting GCC priorities through media relations, campaigns, executive content, and internal communications with an accent on reputation building, strategic storytelling, and stakeholder counsel. Focus on developing multi-channel narratives, managing proactive and reactive media engagement, navigating crisis communications, and measuring impact across markets.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Lead and execute corporate communications strategies for the UAE in alignment with GCC business priorities.
- Develop integrated campaigns, key messages, speeches, presentations, articles, video, and social content.
- Build relationships with Tier 1 media outlets and manage proactive, reactive, crisis, and issues communications.
- Drive executive profiling, thought leadership, internal communications, leadership messaging, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives across the UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait.
- Manage communications agencies, budgets, campaign delivery, media monitoring, reporting, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
- Contribute to cross-market campaign messaging and narrative consistency across GCC markets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, PR, or media communications.
- Fluent English and Arabic, spoken and written.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
- Strong understanding of media, digital communications, and the operating environment in core markets.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with experience using digital and AI tools to improve communications effectiveness.
- Strong business acumen, project management skills, collaboration skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with visual or graphic content creation and simplifying data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of the payments ecosystem, technology, innovation, fintech, or experience within a global organization.
