Supply Chain Planning Lead (Consumer Products)

Hiring range: $106,500–$167,200 USD per year

What you will do

• Establish and own the company’s demand and supply chain planning capability.
• Develop planning calendars, governance routines, forecast assumptions, and decision-making cadences.
• Create short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts using historical trends, customer insights, seasonality, promotions, and business inputs.
• Lead monthly demand reviews and support the broader S&OP process across Sales, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Build dashboards and executive-ready reporting covering forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, and inventory health.
• Partner with Supply Planning, Procurement, and Operations on safety stock, inventory risks, supply constraints, and scenario planning.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, S&OP, inventory planning, or a related discipline.
• Experience building, improving, or transforming planning processes in a growth-oriented or evolving business.
• Strong analytical ability and experience turning complex data into clear business insights and practical recommendations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, from roadmap development to hands-on forecasting and planning routines.
• Experience with ERP or planning systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, IBP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer products, durable goods, home improvement, plumbing, hardware, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience collaborating with Delta and Masco sister companies to apply supply chain planning best practices.
