Occupational Health Nurse (Night Shift 7pm-7am)

Location: Marion, North Carolina, United States; on-site night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Estimated base salary: $68,000–$93,500 annually.

What you will do

• Lead and administer the facility's occupational health program.
• Provide immediate assessment and care for workplace injuries and illnesses and coordinate emergency medical response.
• Manage hearing conservation, respiratory monitoring, exposure management, and other health surveillance programs.
• Maintain confidential health records and support OSHA, Workers' Compensation, quality, cGMP, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate case management, healthcare-provider communication, and return-to-work programs.
• Partner with Environmental Health & Safety teams on hazard identification, ergonomic assessments, risk reduction, wellness initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license required.
• At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, communication, computer, and electronic documentation skills.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and occupational health nursing certification such as COHN or COHN-S.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Previous occupational, employee, or industrial nursing experience.
• Experience with Workers' Compensation, case management, return-to-work programs, health surveillance, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
