Annual base pay: $78,100–$145,000

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain workplace health, safety, and wellness programs with site leadership and EH&S.
• Provide first aid, coordinate medical treatment and follow-up care, and manage return-to-work programs for work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Deliver training on ergonomics, injury reporting, back safety, bloodborne pathogens, and other safety topics.
• Administer occupational health programs, including hearing conservation, wellness initiatives, immunizations, and leave-of-absence processes.
• Maintain OSHA logs, compliance records, audits, and required federal, state, and corporate reports.
• Coordinate health and safety vendors, support industrial hygiene and exposure monitoring, and analyze safety metrics to drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Nurse or EMT certification required.
• 3–5 years of experience in occupational health, triage, or employee health, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, occupational health and safety standards, workers’ compensation, leave management, and EHS management systems.
• Ability to conduct hazard and risk assessments, manage multiple priorities, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
• Fluent Spanish required.
