Location: New Haven, Connecticut, United States. Onsite work at a client employee health center, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Salary: $104,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Manage daily health center operations, staffing, workflow, and patient flow.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for RNs, LPNs, administrative staff, and technical staff.
  • Provide patient care and clinical expertise, including strong phlebotomy support.
  • Lead infection control activities, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
  • Communicate corporate policies, conduct meetings, and collaborate with client representatives.
  • Complete incident reports, support investigations and complaint resolution, and maintain accurate patient health records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training through AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be required depending on the contract scope.
  • Previous occupational health or emergency room experience, strong phlebotomy skills, and the ability to work independently are required.
  • At least 3 years of medical-field experience and 2–3 years of management experience.
  • Experience using CDC, WHO, APIC, or similar industry standards for infection prevention.

Nice to have

  • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management.
