Research Trainer

Location: Boca Raton, Florida, United States; onsite in the office 5 days per week

What you will do

• Deliver curriculum-based training to new hires in the PSA Research Department.
• Provide metric-based feedback and constructive assessments to trainees.
• Support curriculum development, updates, workshops, guides, and One Point Lessons.
• Contribute to intra-departmental and inter-departmental training initiatives.
• Help research and identify sports cards, non-sport cards, trading card games, and unknown sets across vintage and modern collections.
• Support expansion at new offices, with some travel possible.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Research Department experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and metric-based assessments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to use a computer for extended periods and lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 pounds.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with learning management systems.
