Learning Specialist I (Fintech)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; travel required 5–10%

What you will do

• Deliver virtual and in-person training programs for team members across different levels.
• Adapt facilitation methods to learner needs and provide feedback and support.
• Coordinate training schedules, events, logistics, rooms, equipment, and materials.
• Develop and update facilitator guides, workbooks, job aids, assessments, documents, and presentations.
• Apply adult learning principles and the ADDIE instructional design model with subject matter experts and business leaders.
• Assess learner needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning, Education, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• 0–2 years of experience in teaching, coaching, communication, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, time management, research, and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Workday, Docebo, or Cornerstone.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handle confidential information securely, and remain flexible in a changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with curriculum development and learning technologies.
• Experience in factoring, call center, retail, or another high-touch customer-facing industry.
• Instructional design or facilitation certification such as CPLP, ATD, or Langevin.
• Familiarity with microlearning and blended learning approaches.
