Branch Trainer

Location: OPS- Carteret, NJ D74, United States; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $25.00–$36.25 per hour

What you will do

• Train new hires during their first several months and coordinate training schedules.
• Motivate, coach, and retrain team members to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Observe warehouse performance and provide feedback in collaboration with supervisors and branch management.
• Train and mentor employees on productivity, quality, safety, and company core values.
• Support a safe work environment through retraining, team meetings, and safety activities.
• Perform warehouse functions across shipping, replenishment, receiving, dock operations, inventory, and equipment handling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current team member with preferably more than 12 months in the position and a recent performance score of at least 3.0.
• No corrective action above a Coach Counsel within the last 6 months.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and machinery, demonstrated leadership, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Catalyst; ability to operate machinery and lift 50 lbs while standing for up to 8 hours per day and up to 6 days per week.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of lead experience.
• Bilingual skills.
