Senior Operations Manager, ICQA

Location: Remote with regular travel to assigned regional fulfillment centers in the East or West Region; willingness to travel 50–70% is required. The role is associated with DFW2 in Dallas, Texas.

What you will do

• Lead regional execution of inventory control and quality assurance programs across multiple fulfillment facilities.
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, and inventory-related projects.
• Own regional metrics including inventory accuracy, shrink, audit completion, exception closure, and location accuracy.
• Partner with fulfillment operations, engineering, business intelligence, HR, and site leadership to improve controls, staffing, training, and reporting.
• Directly manage and develop site-level ICQA managers or supervisors while building accountability and proactive problem-solving.
• Lead root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations with a focus on inventory control or quality assurance.
• Experience managing multi-site operations within a 3PL, retail, or eCommerce network.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% to assigned regional fulfillment sites.
