What you will do

• Investigate inventory discrepancies reported by the Operations team.
• Perform physical inventory cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances.
• Communicate operational updates and client information to the ICQA Lead.
• Resolve merchant-facing requests related to inventory issues.
• Research and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner to support outbound order fulfillment.
• Maintain product safety, quality, legality, traceability, and accurate records while following standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to determine inventory discrepancies, perform cycle counts, and reconcile variances.
• Strong written and verbal communication, reading comprehension, and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions, solve problems promptly, and manage multiple issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without health limitations.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously during an 8–10-hour shift and frequently bend, stoop, reach, and push or pull.
• Willingness to support other departments as needed.
