Production Technician II PPB (3rd Shift) 11:00pm - 7:00am (Molding)

Location: Cleveland, Mississippi, United States; onsite, 3rd shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am

Salary: $36,800–$46,000 annually

What you will do

• Set up molds, robots, thermolators, workstations, and molding machines according to validated process and machine requirements.
• Optimize cycle times, adjust equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and support operators during production runs.
• Lead mold changeovers, establish cycle sheets, submit startup and approval samples, and ensure preventive maintenance is completed.
• Monitor production, downtime, scrap, labor efficiency, and shift performance while completing required documentation and pass-down reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Mold Shop, Engineering, and department personnel to meet production and compliance goals.
• Lead or support LEAN, 6S, safety, GMP, process-management, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant injection molding experience preferred.
• Mechanical proficiency, computer skills, problem-solving ability, and risk-based decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures and willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and stand or walk continuously throughout the shift.
• Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, Mississippi, on the 3rd shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
