Production Technician I

Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Base salary: $38,400–$57,600 per year

What you will do

• Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic production machinery and related equipment.
• Monitor production controls, meters, gauges, temperatures, pressures, and process specifications.
• Perform startups, changeovers, preventive maintenance, fault clearing, minor equipment adjustments, and repairs.
• Load tubing, parts, raw materials, and supply bins while cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas.
• Maintain production records, batch traceability, SOPs, log sheets, TPM boards, and related systems.
• Train new employees and participate in process improvement, TPM, and Lean initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a two-year technical degree is preferred.
• Technical experience in an automated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and shop mathematics.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, wrenches, multimeters, wire strippers, and crimping tools.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, data analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, pull, push, climb, and crawl; overtime, nights, and weekends may be required.
