Injection Mold Technician

Location: On-site in Bothell, Washington or Seattle, Washington; relocation assistance may be available for candidates outside the Greater Seattle area.

Salary: $28–$32 per hour, plus applicable night and weekend shift premiums.

What you will do

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and follow standard work instructions.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report equipment concerns.
• Support new mold prototyping and continuous mold-flow improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing area while meeting production targets.
• Complete production documentation and system entries accurately.

Requirements

• High school education or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Injection molding experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work on-site on day, night, or weekend shifts, including 12-hour schedules.

Nice to have

• Forklift experience.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Associate degree.
