Supply Chain Planning Lead (MedTech)

Location: Markham, Ontario, Canada; up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: CAD 87,000–140,300 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning for an assigned Canadian product portfolio.
• Drive the monthly Integrated Business Planning cycle, including demand and supply reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage inventory targets, product introductions, lifecycle planning, and product availability across global supply locations.
• Lead supply disruption recovery activities and communicate availability information to customers and commercial partners.
• Mentor associates, provide team leadership, and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• At least four years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with inventory, planning, order management, ERP/MRP systems, or financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of distribution networks and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sales & Operations Planning or Integrated Business Planning.
• Experience in medical device, consumer, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Alteryx, robotic process automation, or common data layer platforms.
• Experience proactively mitigating supply disruptions and identifying risks early.
