Material Handler

Location: On-site in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Salary: 42,500–70,000 CAD annually, plus eligible bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Receive, store, move, stage, and ship materials, reagents, instruments, and equipment for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor point-of-use inventory and execute Kanban replenishment to maintain uninterrupted production supply.
• Pick and kit materials according to production work orders and support production scheduling priorities.
• Maintain accurate labeling, identification, storage, stock rotation, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counts using FIFO and FEFO principles.
• Complete accurate ERP or WMS transactions, communicate shortages, and support inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow applicable quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing inventory and transactions in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Hands-on experience with Kanban, point-of-use replenishment, and visual inventory management.
• Ability to perform physical material handling activities, including lifting up to 40–50 lbs.
• Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse KPIs, inventory accuracy programs, and inventory reduction initiatives.
