Inventory Lead (MedTech)

Location: Markham, Ontario, Canada; up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

Base pay range: $87,000–$140,300 per year.

What you will do

• Optimize total and field inventory across the Canadian network using sales data and working capital analysis.
• Recommend inventory placements that improve turns and retrieve inventory that is no longer needed.
• Manage product lifecycle, expiry risks, deployments, and retrievals for consigned inventory.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Planning, Supply Delivery, Commercial, and Finance teams.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in functional processes.
• Execute SOx controls for consignment inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree; Supply Chain, Business Management, or Engineering preferred.
• At least four years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in supply chain, data and analytics, and financial analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple partners and organizational levels while managing concurrent priorities.
• Ability to work in Markham, Ontario, Canada, with up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Nice to have

• Cross-functional supply chain experience in a medical device or MedTech organization.
• Experience with consignment inventory in hospitals or clinics.
