Sales Executive, Arizona (Women's Health)

Location: Must be located in the greater Phoenix area; the role covers an Arizona regional market and requires frequent travel to customer sites, meetings, conferences, and trade events. Travel is approximately 50% and may include overnight travel, extended workdays, and weekend events.

National target base pay: $94,000–$156,000 annually. For candidates in California and New York metro, the target base pay range is $104,000–$173,000 annually.

What you will do

• Deliver in-person product education to healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and high-value accounts.
• Conduct virtual detailing appointments and execute appointment-based selling strategies.
• Coordinate engagement through webinars, educational programs, conferences, and digital campaigns.
• Build long-term partnerships with healthcare providers, office staff, and health system stakeholders.
• Develop customized engagement strategies and expand business within existing accounts while developing new prescribers.
• Coordinate with Sales Support, Marketing, Training, and Commercial Operations on scheduling, samples, educational materials, and follow-up.

Requirements

• Must be located in the greater Phoenix area.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience with medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, CRM, and virtual selling.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%, including driving, air travel, and occasional overnight or weekend travel.
• Immigration sponsorship or support is not available, including Form I-983 support for STEM OPT.
