GMP Trainer - 12 Hour Shift

Location: On-site in Tampa, Florida, United States; 12-hour night shift with support for training across multiple shifts as needed.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, job aids, on-the-job training programs, and assessments.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on training in safety, GMP, GDP, equipment operation, and site procedures.
• Support onboarding, qualification, cross-training, and refresher training programs.
• Maintain training records, qualification documentation, and training matrices.
• Partner with Safety, Quality, and Operations teams to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Identify skill gaps and implement training solutions to improve employee performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least four years of experience in manufacturing, training, or a related environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience creating training content, assessments, and employee development materials.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and training records and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds overhead, perform cleaning with a 20-foot wand, wear respiratory protection and protective clothing, work in cold environments, and perform required physical tasks.
