Production Training Floater

Location: Onsite in Senatobia, Mississippi, United States. Candidates must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

What you will do

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training covering theory, safety, basic skills, and company culture.
• Shadow and coach new hires on the production line during their initial period and when they move to new stations.
• Prepare, maintain, and update training materials.
• Assess trainee progress, complete practical assessments, and sign off on skill matrices.
• Provide immediate feedback and corrective actions, and report progress or issues to the Training Administrator.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in training, manufacturing, or production.
• Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to follow standardized procedures and enforce compliance.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Teams, Power Apps, and email.
• Ability to interpret work instructions and technical documentation, with familiarity with torque tools and basic assembly practices.
